Datacop is a digital studio specializing in marketing operations for eCommerce companies that generate annual revenues between $25m-$2b.

Your Role: As an integral member of our client-facing Marketing Operations team, you will be pivotal in:
- Managing daily operations using top-tier marketing automation tools, including Bloomreach Engagement.
- Overseeing project management for personalization initiatives, such as the "size preselect" use-case (look for it on our substack)
- Conducting weekly meetings to present progress updates to clients.
- Addressing ad-hoc client requests, which may include generating reports and modifying automated email scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Written & Spoken English - at least Advanced, ideally Fluent
- Problem Solving - 50% of what we do is essentially solving problems
- Good Communication & Project Management Skills - managing a client relationship, managing deadlines, multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to learn new digital technologies
