We made a conscious decision to stay small.

Not because we can't grow — but because we won't compromise on quality to do it. Our ambition isn't to become the largest agency on the market. It's to be the one with the highest standard of quality.

The way we see it: we have a limited number of seats to offer. So every hire has to count.

In practice, that means we're looking for two kinds of people:

🌱 Future Builders — talented individuals we bet on for raw aptitude. They may not be at our senior standard yet, but they're built to grow into it, and they start co-creating the business with us from early on.

🚀 Bar Raisers — people who are already a finished product in their domain, and whose expertise meaningfully raises the ceiling of what Datacop can offer from day one.

Both sit at the same bar. The difference is where they start.

We invest in our people heavily. For Future Builders, that means investing in your growth into a true expert in our domain — technical marketing for larger eCommerce companies. For Bar Raisers, it means giving you the autonomy and platform to do the best work of your career. Either way, it's a substantial investment on our side, which is why we choose carefully who we invest in.
